Letters are usually referred to as anything in the normal No. 10 envelope and can be shipped via the USPS. There are other limitations but the sizes should range from :

  • Height – 3 1/2 inches to 6 1/8 inches
  • Length – 5 inches to 11 1/2 inches
  • Thichness – .0007 inch to 1/4 inch

Large Envelopes are referred to as such as a Fed Ex, USP or DHL envelope, magazines and newsletters. Their size range can be from

  • Height – 6 1/8 to 12 inches
  • Length – 11 1/2 to 15 inches
  • Thickness – 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch
